1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the okewla platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. okewla strictly prohibits access by minors. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia. Players accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are not eligible to register or wager.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Indonesian law.
• Personal Use: You must be registering for your own personal use only. Creating accounts on behalf of, or for the benefit of, any third party is strictly prohibited.
• No Prior Exclusion: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order, whether imposed voluntarily through okewla's responsible gaming tools or through any third-party gambling exclusion registry.
• Single Account: You must not hold any other active or suspended okewla account at the time of registration.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of okewla services, you must complete the account registration process accurately and honestly. The following rules apply to all registered accounts:

• You must provide your real full legal name, date of birth, current residential address in Indonesia, a valid email address, and a working mobile phone number. All information provided must be accurate and kept up to date.
• You are permitted to hold one (1) account only. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited, regardless of whether they are created using different email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods. If duplicate accounts are detected, okewla reserves the right to close all but the original account, void any associated winnings, and retain any bonus funds.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes). You must not share your login details with any other person.
• You must notify okewla immediately at [email protected] (plain text — not a clickable link) if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• okewla reserves the right to refuse account registration at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

4 Identity Verification (KYC)

In compliance with internationally recognized anti-money-laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) standards, okewla requires all players to complete identity verification before withdrawals are processed and, in certain circumstances, before deposit limits are increased.

You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Government-Issued Photo ID: A valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP — Kartu Tanda Penduduk) or a valid Indonesian passport.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the last three months and displaying your name and current residential address in Indonesia.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or photograph confirming ownership of the bank account (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, or other) or e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja) used to deposit funds.
• Source of Funds: In cases where okewla's compliance team identifies unusual transaction patterns, we may request documentation evidencing the lawful source of funds deposited to your account.

Failure to provide requested verification documents within the timeframe specified by okewla's compliance team may result in temporary account restrictions, withdrawal holds, or permanent account closure. okewla's KYC decisions are final and binding.

5 Deposits

All financial transactions on the okewla platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The following conditions apply to all deposit transactions:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000 per transaction. Deposits below this threshold will not be processed.
• Accepted Payment Methods: okewla accepts deposits via the following Indonesian local banking and e-wallet channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. International card payments and cryptocurrency are not accepted.
• Processing Time: Deposits via bank transfer and e-wallet are typically credited to your okewla account within 1–5 minutes during normal operating hours. During high-traffic periods or system maintenance, processing may take longer. okewla accepts no liability for delays attributable to third-party payment providers.
• Personal Funds Only: You must only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, joint accounts, or business accounts are not permitted and may trigger a KYC review or account restriction.
• No Deposit Fees: okewla does not charge transaction fees on deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer fees, for which okewla bears no responsibility.
• Deposit Limits: Players may voluntarily set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via the responsible gaming section of their account settings. Once set, limits cannot be in creased until a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period has elapsed.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction.
• KYC Completion Required: All withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of the KYC verification process as described in Section 4. okewla reserves the right to hold withdrawal processing until verification is confirmed.
• Same-Method Policy: Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, wherever technically possible. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and protect players from fraudulent redirection of funds.
• Processing Time: Approved withdrawals are typically processed within 1–24 hours on business days. Requests submitted during public holidays in Indonesia (including Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, and other national holidays) may experience extended processing times. okewla will communicate any unusual delays via the player's registered email address.
• Withdrawal Limits: Standard daily withdrawal limits apply to all accounts. Higher limits may be available to verified VIP members. Players may request a limit review by contacting the support team.
• Right to Review: okewla reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal request pending a compliance or fraud review. Players will be notified of any hold applied to their withdrawal and the expected resolution timeframe.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

okewla offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are governed by the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. Unless stated otherwise, each bonus may be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements specified in the individual promotion terms. The standard wagering requirement is 10x to 30x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion type. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus.
• Game Restrictions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Typically, slot games contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10%–20%, and sports betting contributes at variable rates depending on odds and market type. Full contribution tables are published on the individual promotion pages.
• Bonus Validity: All bonuses carry an expiry date. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not met the wagering requirement before the expiry date will be removed from the player's account automatically.
• Maximum Bet Rule: While a bonus is active, the maximum single bet or wager permitted using bonus funds is Rp 200.000 or the equivalent stake. Bets exceeding this limit while bonus funds are in play may result in the bonus being voided.
• Abuse Prevention: okewla actively monitors accounts for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk betting strategies designed to complete wagering requirements without genuine risk, arbitrage betting using bonus funds, and collusion between multiple accounts. Accounts found engaging in bonus abuse will have bonuses voided and may be permanently suspended.
• Promotional Changes: okewla reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will be communicated via the platform's promotional pages and, where material, by email to registered players.

8 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the okewla platform, including sports betting (bandar bola — football bookmaker markets), mix parlay (accumulator bets), voor bola (Asian handicap betting), live casino, slot games, and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws:

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are accepted at okewla's sole discretion. okewla reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet without prior notice, including where the platform suspects irregular betting patterns, data errors, or market manipulation.
• Odds & Results: All odds displayed on the okewla platform are subject to change prior to bet placement. Once a bet is confirmed and a bet reference number issued, the odds are locked. For live (in-play) markets, bets are accepted subject to a brief delay during which the platform verifies current game state.
• Void Bets: A bet may be declared void and the stake refunded in circumstances including, but not limited to: event cancellation, match abandonment, system errors resulting in incorrect odds display, or the occurrence of a force majeure event.
• RNG Games: All random number generator (RNG) games, including slots and virtual table games, are independently audited for fairness. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent the statistical long-term average return and do not guarantee outcomes for individual sessions.
• Live Casino: Live casino games are streamed from licensed studios operated by third-party providers including Evolution Gaming. In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, okewla's system will record the game state at the time of disconnection. Settled results will stand where a deterministic outcome had already been reached; otherwise, the round stake will be refunded.
• Togel Markets: Results for togel number draws are determined by official reference draw results published by the relevant pool operators. okewla accepts no responsibility for errors or delays in the publication of official draw results by third parties.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the okewla platform. Engaging in any of the following activities may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Registering or operating more than one okewla account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform, place bets, or circumvent security measures.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of sports integrity violation in connection with markets offered on the platform.
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal purpose.
• Colluding with other players or okewla employees to manipulate game outcomes or bonus distributions.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing okewla staff or other platform users via any communication channel.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, using VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technologies to circumvent geographic restrictions.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the okewla platform — including but not limited to the okewla brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of okewla or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the platform without the express prior written consent of okewla.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, okewla's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

okewla expressly excludes liability for the following categories of loss, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Indirect, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
• Losses arising from platform downtime, maintenance periods, technical faults, or force majeure events including natural disasters, civil unrest, government action, or telecommunications failures.
• Losses attributable to a Player's failure to secure their account credentials or to report unauthorized account access promptly.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit okewla's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

12 Privacy & Data

okewla collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key privacy commitments include:

• Personal data is collected only for legitimate operational purposes including account management, payment processing, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.
• okewla employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all platform pages and data transmission channels.
• Personal data is not sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Players may request access to, rectification of, or deletion of their personal data by contacting the okewla data team at [email protected] (plain text — not a clickable link).

13 Responsible Gaming

okewla is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing players with the tools they need to stay in control of their activity on the platform. The following responsible gaming features are available to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps via your account settings. Limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.

14 Termination & Account Closure

Either party may terminate the player–platform relationship at any time:

• Player-Initiated Closure: You may request the closure of your okewla account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon closure, any real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method after any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses are settled (bonus funds not meeting wagering requirements will be forfeited).
• Platform-Initiated Closure: okewla reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without notice, where a player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or prohibited conduct, failed KYC verification, or where closure is required for legal or regulatory compliance reasons.
• Effect of Termination: Upon account closure, your license to use the platform is immediately revoked. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 9, 10, 11, and 16 — shall continue in full force.

15 Amendments to These Terms

okewla reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, okewla will provide reasonable advance notice via email to registered players and/or via a prominent notice on the platform homepage.

Your continued use of the okewla platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 14.

16 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which okewla holds its international operating license. To the extent permitted by law, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that licensing jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms.

Prior to initiating any formal legal proceedings, players are encouraged to contact okewla's customer support team to seek resolution through okewla's internal complaints procedure. The majority of disputes can be resolved promptly through direct engagement with our support team.

Players in Indonesia acknowledge that online gambling operates in a legally restricted environment and accept that they use the okewla platform at their own discretion and legal risk. okewla makes no representation that access to or use of the platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction.
